Our Story
What started as a tiny flour-dusted kitchen window has grown into a neighborhood gathering space. We believe that good baking cannot be rushed. That is why our bakers respect old-world European techniques because we took control of all our folds - folding everything by hand, letting doughs rest patiently, and firing up our stone deck ovens long before the sun rises. We do it the hard way because it is the only way to bake bread that tells a story.
Today, that story continues with every single person who steps through our front doors. We have traded the small window for long wooden communal tables, but our core mission to feed the community remains entirely unchanged. Whether you are stopping by for a crusty wild-yeast boule to take home or lingering over a flaky, butter-laminated pastry and an espresso, you are part of a shared neighborhood tradition. We bake because we love the craft, but we keep the fires burning because of the conversations, laughter, and connections that fill this space every single day.
